AI Platform Account Coordinator

Zentrox is seeking reliable U.S.-based individuals to assist with the setup and ongoing administration of approved accounts used for AI-related projects.

This is a part-time, project-based role with flexible hours. No AI, programming, or technical background is required. The primary focus is account administration, organization, maintenance, and communication with the Zentrox team.

Responsibilities

• Create and set up approved AI-platform accounts according to Zentrox procedures.
• Maintain account information and keep accounts organized and accessible to authorized team members.
• Complete routine account-management and administrative tasks.
• Monitor account status and report access or verification issues.
• Follow account-management procedures and security requirements.
• Maintain records of accounts and related administrative information.
• Communicate with the Zentrox team regarding setup, verification, access, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Currently located in the United States.
• Laptop or desktop computer with reliable internet access.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Ability to follow written instructions carefully.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Reliable communication and responsiveness.
• Ability to keep account information confidential.
• No prior AI, programming, or technical experience required.

Zentrox handles the underlying AI project work, technical operations, project management, task execution, quality control, and technical support. The coordinator's responsibilities are limited to approved account creation, administration, and maintenance.

Applicants must use only accounts and information they are legally authorized to use. All account activity must comply with applicable platform terms of service and policies. Zentrox will not require applicants to provide personal passwords, transfer ownership of personal accounts, or misrepresent their identity.

Training and instructions will be provided for applicable projects. Compensation will be communicated clearly before work begins and will depend on the scope and requirements of the project. No upfront fees or payments are required.
