Hire React Developers
React is the default for product interfaces, so the pool is huge and the quality range is just as wide. The hard part is not finding someone who knows React. It is finding someone who knows when not to reach for it, and how to keep a large component tree from turning into a maintenance problem.
What to look for
Look for a clear grasp of state and rendering: what belongs in local state, what belongs on the server, and when a re-render is the thing slowing the app down. Strong candidates can walk you through a real performance bug they found and fixed. Framework trivia is easy to fake. A debugging story is not.
