I am an Engineering Manager with 9+ years of experience building and scaling products from zero to one and from one to millions of users. Throughout my career, I have architected and delivered large-scale distributed systems across e-commerce, fintech, and SaaS domains.

My most impactful achievement was leading the development of Khatabook ERP from scratch for millions of small and medium-sized merchants, enabling Khatabook to compete with established ERP solutions such as Tally. Earlier in my career, I built core e-commerce platforms from the ground up, including catalog, inventory, pricing, and order management systems.

Beyond product delivery, I am passionate about building high-performing engineering teams. Under my leadership, my team has won back-to-back Best Innovation Awards in company-wide hackathons, reflecting a strong culture of innovation, technical excellence, and customer-centric problem solving.
