I'm Alhassan Mohammed, a builder based in Accra, Ghana. I design and ship products with AI tooling. Relevant work: compliance-yield-treasury, an ERC-3643-style permissioned treasury deployed on Base (https://gitlab.com/dahlinomine/compliance-yield-treasury), and an x402 pay-per-request payment rail with on-chain settlement, demonstrated on testnet. I'm working with my twin brother Fuseini Mohammed on FlowOS, a Ghana cross-border payments product (testnet). I'm not presenting myself as a traditional software engineer: I direct AI coding tools and verify the output.
